Session 1: Communicating Employee Benefits Effectively ~ August 21, 2024

This webinar will highlight the value effective benefits communication has on an employer's total rewards investment while providing insights on how to talk with employees about benefits and how to measure results.

Session 2: Helping Your Employees Maximize Their Benefits ~ September 18, 2024

You offer the benefits, now make sure your employees know how to use them.  Help your employees make the most of this year’s Open Enrollment. We’ll cover key tips for navigating health insurance, including considerations to make when comparing plans and how to minimize out-of-pocket costs. We’ll also highlight other benefits that may be available, effective use of all benefits, and the appeals process for employer-sponsored health plans.

Session 3: Employment Law Fundamentals ~ October 30, 2024

This webinar will explore the laws and programs designed to make your employees their most productive. These mutually beneficial tools include reasonable accommodations, intermittent FMLA, and more. Learn how to avoid common legal pitfalls. We’ll also discuss state laws and tips to ensure your organization is in compliance with them. 

Session 4: Planning for the Future ~ November 20, 2024

Ensuring that employees and their families are financially stable and are planning for the future can keep employee productivity and morale high. This webinar will cover financial and estate planning, planning for retirement, the importance of beneficiary designations, tips and resources for financial support, and resources for employee caregivers.

During this live and interactive training, HR professionals will learn about choosing and using health insurance, workplace rights to take time off work to access health care, disability insurance, and strategies for effectively communicating benefits to the employees they work with. 

All attendees will have the opportunity to ask the speakers questions in real-time via a Q&A box.

Triage Cancer is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities. Attendees will be eligible to earn 1 PDCs for each session.

In order to receive a PDCs, attendees must register individually. Participants who “listen in” on another participant’s phone/computer will not be eligible for credit. Participants must the session in its entirety. No partial credit will be given per session.

Post-test & Evaluation

Participants will be emailed a link to the online evaluation and post-test one DAY after the completion of the training and will have one week to complete both.

The relevant certificates will be emailed to eligible attendees within 4 weeks of the event.
